Zhang Sanfeng, a Taoist master in the Ming Dynasty, was regarded as the originator of wu-tang clan. He was smart and eager to learn since childhood, visited famous mountains and rivers all over the world, and finally achieved positive results in Wudang Mountain. Zhang Sanfeng is not only skilled in martial arts, but also proficient in inner alchemy, and founded a unique martial arts system, namely Wudang Kung Fu. His martial arts thought of "being firm with softness and braking with quietness" had a far-reaching influence on later martial arts. Zhang Sanfeng's story shows Taoism's profound exploration of physical and mental cultivation and martial arts spirit.
