天师与五斗米道
Zhang Daoling, also known as Zhang Ling, was one of the founders of Taoism at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, and was honored as the "Tianshi". According to legend, he practiced in Hemingshan, Sichuan, and was taught "The Way of Righteousness and Alliance" by Taishang Laojun, and was awarded the position of Tianshi, responsible for guiding Taoist affairs on earth.
The Taoist organization founded by Zhang Daoling is called "Five Doors of Rice Road", which is named after the Taoist needs to give five Doors of Rice as a token. By saving lives and educating people, he made Taoism widely spread among the people and became one of the important schools of Taoism in China.
